Nous recherchons une prestation de Technical Management et Product Owner sur le périmètre des Socles Adhérents aux Applications des actifs ci-après:
**Akamai**:
**Rôle principal**: CDN, WAF, protection DDoS, accélération ;
**Services utilisés**: Ion, Edge DNS, Kona Site Defender.:
**Rôle**: gestion centralisée des redirections HTTP 3xx, redirections marketing, SEO ;
API, interface, logs, versioning.
**Environnement technique**:
**Outils/Framework**: Kibana, Grafana, GIT, Akamai, NGINX, HAProxy, ;
**Microservices**: API Rest, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift ;
**CI/CD**: Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible ;
**Framework Agile**: Agilité à l?échelle SAFe.
**Télétravail**: 2 jours
**Durée**: 12
Pilotage technique et ownership produit
Découpage des features en User Stories, priorisation.
Suivi de l?avancement, coordination des parties prenantes.
Animation des ateliers, rédaction de documentation technique.
Démonstration des livrables à chaque fin de sprint.
Contribution à l?amélioration continue (Feature Team).
Administration & gouvernance des solutions
Suivi des plateformes Akamai,, NGINX, HAProxy.
Supervision de la consommation (alerting, rapports).
Maintien en conditions opérationnelles.
Cadrage des solutions selon les besoins métiers.
Support & expertise technique
Expertise technique utilisateurs (niveaux 1 à 3).
Analyse et diagnostic des incidents de production.
Gestion des incidents de sécurité et des vulnérabilités.
Identification des besoins clients internes et adaptation des évolutions.
Accompagnement à l?exploitation (RUN)
Suivi des incidents / problèmes récurrents.
