Data Protection Manager

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Develop and implement Pluxee’s Global Data Protection Program.
- Maintaining the data protection framework and documentation in accordance with the latest developments, laws, and regulations.
- Maintaining the records of processing activities.
- Assisting business owners in understanding the data protection policies and processes, ensuring empowerment, and supporting the implementation of the necessary privacy compliance actions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the appropriate data protection provisions in clients/suppliers contracts.

**Monitoring of the execution of Pluxee’s Global Data Protection Program**:

- Management of the annual privacy risk assessment process and the quarterly reporting to the Group Data Protection Officer.
- Maintenance and consolidation of the Global Data Protection Program KPIs and other information reported by the local
- DPOs/Privacy leads to the Group DPO.
- Review of the self-assessment privacy compliance checklists and drafting of summaries per region/activity, follow-up calls with regional/local senior management, together with the local DPOs/Privacy leads.
- Maintenance of a global register (e.g. privacy risk register, data breaches register, complaints register).
- Managing privacy response data breaches, SARs, complaints, etc.
- Managing personal data breaches in coordination with the Cyber Security teams and any other relevant business owners.
- Managing SARs and complaints.

**Supporting the Pluxee’s Privacy Network**:

- Onboarding of the new local DPOs/Privacy leads around the world.
- International coordination in case of the need for implementation of new Group privacy documentation or new products/global assets.
- Training and awareness on the End2End privacy compliance process.
- Animation of the Pluxee Privacy Network.
- Ensuring expert assistance to the local DPOs/Privacy lead.

**You’re a match**

If you have:

- +5 years of solid professional experience and practice in privacy/data protection within a law firm or an international company.
- Master’s degree in IP/IT law, data protection, digital law, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the One Trust solution and functioning.
- CIPP/E and/or CIPM.
- Experience in international business projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Highest standards of and commitment to ethics and business integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint skills.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge and experience in information security matters.
- Project management skills and certification.
- One Trust certification or IAPP CIPM.
