Votre mission principale consiste à assurer la maintenance, les réparations et entretiens sur les systèmes de l’installation et les lignes de production dans le respect des procédures et règles.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Effectuer la maintenance et les réparations sur différents types de systèmes (mécaniques, électriques, automatismes, structures, etc.) dans le respect des standards (qualité, sécurité, délai) et selon le cahier des charges de production
- Analyser les dysfonctionnements dus à des problèmes complexes et /ou récurrents sur les équipements, proposer les actions correctives nécessaires et les mettre en place
- Effectuer des contrôles et inspections périodiques pour évaluer les besoins de réparations, la conformité et l’état général des équipements
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive
- Reporter au superviseur de production tout problème sur les équipements pouvant potentiellement impacter la qualité des produits ou la sécurité des opérateurs
- Participer à des projets en soutien aux ingénieurs de projets industrialisation
- Effectuer le 5 S des équipements après toute intervention
- Participer à la gestion des pièces de rechange
- Accompagner d'autres techniciens ou opérateurs de production (appui technique, transmission de connaissances)
- Proposer et/ou participer à des actions d’amélioration
- Participer et/ou collaborer à tout projet pertinent au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise
- Contribuer à la maintenance et la réparation des équipements dans le respect des standards et procédures
- Appliquer les procédures de sécurité, alerter son superviseur ou responsable sécurité en cas de dysfonctionnements
- Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs du service
- Suivre, respecter les directives et rendre compte au superviseur d’équipe

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un BTS dans le domaine de la maintenance ou expérience équivalente
- Bonnes connaissances techniques (hydraulique, mécanique, automatismes, structures, etc.) et du fonctionnement des équipements
- Bonnes connaissances des processus de maintenance des équipements
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Word, Excel), du système SAP
- Connaissance des outils d’amélioration continue (QRQC, etc )
- Capacité à lire des plans
- Capacité à travailler seul ou en équipe, organisé(e), rigoureux(se)
- Niveau d’anglais recommandé
