**Job Overview**
We are in search of the store first-in-charge, who will manage the development of store activity by coordinating all activities: commercial, managerial and financial. He manages a team within the framework of the brand's commercial policies. Depending on the size of the store and the organizational choices, the level of responsibility and the scope of its activities may vary.
**What You Will Achieve**
Manage the organization and animation of the sales area:
- guarantee the quality of services to customers;
- guarantee the placement of items in accordance with the brand's policy;
- organize the sales day.
Manage point of sale management:
- analyze and manage commercial indicators and develop turnover;
- ensure activity reporting;
- managing inventory and supervising transfer;
- ensure the administrative and financial management of the point of sale;
- organize and participate in the organization of inventories.
Managing teams:
- participate in the recruitment of new employees and organize their training;
- control the quality of the work of the teams;
- ensure the administrative follow-up of personnel in connection with human resources in compliance with labor law legislation;
- developing the skills of point-of-sale staff;
- leading its sales teams;
**What You Will Need**
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in the commercial environment, preferably in the retail toy or pop art product
- The ability to work effectively both alone and in a team;
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Very good knowledge of products and trends
