Our client is one of the most flourishing member of the French tech.**RESPONSABILITES : As an Office & Culture Coordinator, you wil**l**Be in charge of the corporate culture**:
- Create a culture of engagement, connection and belonging, implementing our culture strategy from designing corporate goodies to organizing fun and engaging events and activities.
- Be the driver of communications around Workplace and Culture being the go-to resource for questions and solutions.
- Cultivate a collaborative, friendly and fun workplace environment that fosters innovation and productivity
- Assist the Workplace & Culture team with special projects and duties as needed.
- Promote Workplace & safety culture and look after the BET community & training
**Contribute to the onboarding process**:
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter).
- Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the onboarding process; gather and analyze feedback from employees.
**Be in charge of managing offices**:
- Manage the offices day to day operations including Workplace requests, contracted offices services delivering such as cleaning, landscaping, consumables, pest services, etc.
- Supervise, interact and co-ordinate with contractors involved within the Workplace services delivery activities.
- Manage the offices courier & parcels and take care of any required office signage.
- Make sure offices have the appropriate level of stocks (stationary, coffee, snacks...) and ensure orders and restock are done on a regular basis.
- Manage interactions/relationships with building reception and establish any required procedures.
- Conduct regular office inspections to assess and review accommodation standards, document necessary corrective actions through tickets and co-ordinate appropriate actions and responses.
- Manage the offices’ look and feel and ensure all areas (lounges, kitchens, games rooms) are arranged and set up regularly to meet the corporation’s needs.
- Ensure offices spaces such as meeting rooms, open spaces, coffee & copy points, games rooms and lounges are maintained to a professional appearance throughout the day
- Proactively prepare handyman’s to do list and coordinate with him for any offices requirements
- Maintain all Workplace procedures and operational manuals up to date at all times and make sure the team Drive is tidy and clear.
**Contribute to the internal communication**:
- Monitor the Workplace channels on Slack and ensure appropriate response is provided on all community channels.
- Manage the flex office app and support our agile seating process.
**Be in charge of the continual improvement of the offices and employee’s well-being**
- Innovate and challenge the status quo to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Work toward excellence in providing best in class guests and visitors experience.
**Assure the reporting**:
- Ensure all activity trackers and reporting systems are filled and completed in a timely manner including basic financial reporting.
- Provide regular accurate reporting to the Heads of Culture & Workplace and participate in team weekly operational meetings.
- Be data driven always and aim for perfect execution.
**Role key Objectives**
- Deliver the company’s workplace experience with perfect execution.
- Create a culture of engagement, connection and belonging through our company culture.
- Build a strong relationship within People Ops as well as with other support functions.
- Be accountable for Workplace & Culture services within the scope of the role.
**What we’re looking for**:
- You’ve experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a similar domain.
- You’re fluent in English; French is a plus.
- You’re a self-starter who has a passion for driving culture-centric initiatives, policies, and programs.
- You’ve strong project management and organizational skills.
- You’ve the ability and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambiguity doesn’t scare you; change is your constant.
- You're tech-driven, creative and willing to challenge the status quo

- You’re able to function with a high level of initiative and act proactively.
- Very good IT and computer skills, mastering the Google Suite is a real plus.
