Être en charge du calcul des primes mensuelles et annuelles de l’ensemble de la population commerciale du groupe leboncoin:
Préparer les documents mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels de récolte des données
Suivre et actualiser les absences, les changements de variables, le taux d’emploi
Vérifier, analyser et utiliser les données transmises mensuellement (CA facturé, CA signé, encaissés des commerciaux, avoirs, pertes irrécouvrables )
Analyser les cohérences et alerter les services concernés (managers, comptabilité, paie ) si besoin
Calculer les primes et envoyer les montants au service paie
Mettre à jour régulièrement les process
Être force de proposition et aider dans la construction et la revue des variables (objectifs, définitions, fichier de simulation )
Être le référent des collaborateurs et le garant des chiffres relatifs aux primes
Être en charge du calcul mensuel des provisions primes
Recueillir les informations nécessaires auprès du service RH (mouvement de personnel, changements d’équipe, de variable, d’analytique )
Estimer les primes des commerciaux selon atteinte mensuelle
Contrôler et analyser les écarts
Déterminer les rattrapages annuels à chaque trimestre et les affiner, mensuellement, sur le dernier trimestre
Accompagner le CDG lors du rebouclage avec les CAC
Accompagner les équipes dans la construction des incentives sales
Être force de proposition et aider dans la construction et réalisation des objectifs sales
Être en soutien des équipes Compass et Reward dans la réalisation des avenants
