**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design & develop innovative packaging solutions for cosmetic products, considering functionality, aesthetics, & sustainability.
- Collaborate with product development design & marketing teams to create packaging that aligns with brand identity & client product requirements.
- Conduct material analysis & testing to ensure packaging integrity & product compatibility.
- Optimize packaging designs for cost-effectiveness & manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & industry standards for cosmetic/beauty packaging.
- Manage packaging projects from concept to production, including timelines & budgets.
- Evaluate & implement new packaging technologies & sustainable materials.
- Troubleshoot packaging-related issues in production & provide technical support.
- Create & maintain detailed technical documentation for packaging specifications.
- Work with suppliers to source materials & components that meet quality & sustainability standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Proven experience in packaging engineering, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, & testing methods
- Familiarity with CAD software & 3D modeling tools for packaging design
- 5+ years of experience in packaging design & development

- Fluent in English, an extra language a nice to have.
