The Role

Core Enterprise & ZCloud is one of our 6 practices in Kyndryl and as part of the ongoing transformation we are looking for a leader with a strong change mindset and prior experience of building, and developing and running a Managed and Consult professional service business organization.

In this role you will be a core member of the Kyndryl leadership team responsible to develop, accelerate our strong Managed Services business and lead the build out of our Core Enterprise & ZCloud Consult professional services capabilities including both advisory and implementation services.

Kyndryl has a market leading position providing Core Enterprise & ZCloud managed services globally, and locally in France. We are now accelerating and growing our Kyndryl Consult capabilities in a Modernization journey all to bring the strongest value to our customers.

In this role you will work closely with our global and local executive team cross, go to market, Kyndryl Consult., offerings, engineering, and delivery to accelerate and continue to build out our capabilities in this space.

As this is a growing area for Kyndryl, the success of this role is strong Customer intimacy and the ability to drive cross Kyndryl and Alliance partner collaboration. This will require an entrepreneurial mindset, customer and consult experience as well as thought leadership in this space.

The Core Enterprise & ZCloud Practice Leader leads the Go to Market and owns the blueprint to capture and expand market share and foster vibrant communities of technical expertise. The Leader will be accountable for:

- setting the market strategy for the practice,
- ensuring skills and capacity is developed and scaled,
- achieving financial performance of offering portfolio, from development, pre and post-sales
- developing market-leading capabilities.

The leader owns the Talent and Workforce Strategy for the practice including the economic model (competitiveness & margin), end-to-end resource supply chain and labor mix, ownership of the delivery methodology, including automation, tools, standards and asset reuse.

The Leader will foster strong relationships with C-suite customers, gaining industry perspectives and insight into desired solution-oriented customer outcome and delivers part of the time in billable engagements.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Min 10 years experience in consulting pre-sales, Branch management and Business development,
- Possesses external eminence in the Mainframe Ecosystem
- Experience in business development and sales accountabilityaccountability.
- Experience in building organizational capabilities, coordination of business development and technical teams
- Ability to build the business strategy for our Kyndryl consult business based on an understanding of Kyndryl and Practice strategy
- Ability to reach out to internal and external organizations to exploit and augment Kyndryl capabilities to meet market demand
- Ability to build relationships with senior IT and business leaders and leverage relationships in Kyndryl
- Consultative skills and Core systems specific expertise.
- Customer value creation through innovation
- Learning Orientation - creative with a continuous learning mindset; curious and passionate about Kyndryl’s technology and the customers business.
- Fluent french French and English in both verbal and written communications
