**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure the villa, systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to enhance reliability and minimise operational disruptions.
- Plan and oversee complex projects, including upgrades, repairs, and installations of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs using knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and technical schematics.
- Schedule maintenance activities to minimise disruption to the household operations and events.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment to ensure readiness for scheduled and emergency tasks.
- Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve resource utilisation.
- Collaborate with household management and staff to maintain seamless villa operations.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Proven leadership and management experience, ideally in luxury residences or high-end facilities.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Electrical qualification with hands-on experience in electrical systems and PLCs.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain diverse systems.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 3,500.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
