**Location: Guipavas, France**
**Opportunity**
Reporting to the manager of warranty department, you will manage customer and supplier warranties.
Your missions:
- Analyze warranty files of Distributors
- Ensure the processing of supplier warranties files
- Manage and regularize the operations of replacement of parts or any other service
- To be in contact with the different services to ensure the implementation of a curative action
- Represent the customer's interests internally and the company's interests to the customer
**Skills/Requirements**
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of our products
- Knowledge of QAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Interpersonal skills, communicative and rigorous
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Teamwork
- Writing skills
