Vous intégrerez l’équipe Data Protection qui a pour mission de:
- Evaluer la présence et l’efficacité d’un cadre de contrôle permanent couvrant les risques opérationnels auxquels les entités de leur périmètre sont exposées;
- S’assurer que les standards du Groupe en termes de protection des données sont dûment transposés et adaptés aux spécificités locales ;
- S’assurer que les mesures voulues en matière de gestion du risque opérationnel sont prises
- Assurer le rôle de deuxième ligne de défense pour toutes les activités dans le domaine de compétence de la protection des données.
- Définir le cadre méthodologique à appliquer dans le processus de suivi des risques liés à la protection des données.
- Fournir une vision consolidée et exhaustive de l’exposition au risque data protection de leur périmètre.
Vous assisterez l’équipe Data Protection dans l’activité de suivi des entités opérationnelles dans la réalisation de leur plan d’action local. Vous serez en charge de:
- Réviser le corpus actuel composé de politiques procédures et outils
- Assurer le renommage vers la nomenclature RISK
- Assurer la conformité du corpus documentaire avec les exigences réglementaires
- Rédiger de nouveaux documents
- Assurer la diffusion et l’explication du nouveau corpus aux correspondants Protection des données des entités internationales
