We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Growth Outbound Intern** to join our Operations team to support our outbound marketing and sales development efforts. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while learning the foundations of modern growth strategies and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead Generation**: Research and identify high-potential prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- ** CRM Management**: Update and maintain data integrity in our CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- ** Market Research**: Analyze competitor activity and emerging trends to uncover new opportunities.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Track key metrics (e.g., open rates, response rates, meetings booked) and report results regularly.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and growth teams to continuously iterate and improve our outbound strategies.

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
- A natural curiosity for startups, sales, and digital growth.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, or similar.
- Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in outbound, sales, or marketing.
