The Head of Inside Sales is responsible for the BBIO inside sales organization that drives revenue growth for all BBIO divisions in the broader definition of the ‘After-market’-segment. Facilitatiing the creation of targeted campaigns to increase market penetration with our end-to-end portfolio offering (Consumables, Services, Softwares, accessory upgrades and other products (e.g. benchtop) to to our existing global customer base. The global reach of his team requires a tight collaboration and communication with the global product management and global marketing team as well as the regional Sales and Services Teams and other senior professionals to achieve short-term and long-term goals setout by the leadership management.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
The primary objectives are:

- Top line growth
- Builds concept ideas for market sales campaigns together with the respective Market Product Managers. Marketing and Communication team will lead the conversion of the concept ideas into an execution plan and design the respective messaging in collaboration with you, monitors, reports and defines corrective action on KPI outcome
- Collaborates with Market Product management and Marcom on communication plan related to campaigns
- Setting and tracking sales and KPI targets for your team for cross and upselling potential
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Works according to governance described in BBIO lead management and customer relationship processes and tools
- Enabler for process change request
- Strong alignment with Market Product Managers
- Close collaboration with Marketing & Com function
- Build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifikationen:

- Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Bachelor in chemistry, analytical science or physics a plus
- Experience in the high-tech life science field or NMR a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current valid driving licence
- No visa disqualification from the USA or EU.

Skills and experiences:

- Proven work experience as an autonomous Inside sales manager
- Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve
- In-depth understanding of the lead management, customer relationship and sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills to senior level management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Computer literacy for document, presentation preparation and report writing
- Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) skills in local language and English
- Proven negotiating skills.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels.
