We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Description du poste**:
As the project coordinator you will be responsible for supporting several customer projects, being responsible for the delivery of dedicated projects or workstreams supporting the Customer Project managers (PM) of Customer Project Director.

Main missions:

- Deliver projects utilising project management techniques (A3 project charter, deliverables creation & tracking, planning, risk management.) to ensure the delivery and achievement of objectives set by the PM
- Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, and risk and issue management.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
- Support the development of the Customer Projects management Strategy and its documentation.

**Profil recherché**:
**Knowledge / Know how**
- Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery
- A methodical detailed approach to work
- Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience
- Experience resolving problems using structured approaches and problem-solving tools
- Adaptability skills; to be able to respond to change in priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft software as well as the ability to learn how to use project management tools
- To be an effective team-player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives

**Experience**

2-5 years in project management operations in relevant industry (automotive, battery industry )

**Qualifications**

Engineering diploma / Master degree in relevant field.

Fluent in English
