At DXC France we are looking for a **Workday Sales Lead**to join our great team of **HCM**.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Workday, ideally more than $10M, including $6 million in new sales yearly.
- Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (75%+ success rate).
- Extensive experience in selling Workday solutions is required. Experience selling other HCM solutions such as Cornerstone is another strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Fluent in French and English is required and fluent in Italian, Spanish or German is a plus
**Tasks**:
- Play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities within target markets, driving growth through the direct sales of Workday Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services in Europe.
- Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
- Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline.
- Educate clients on DXC’s Workday and broader Applications Services capabilities and success stories and effectively communicate DXC’s value proposition to both partners and customers.
- Negotiate price, terms, and other deal conditions with clients.
