**The role will be structured around 3 pillars**:
**I/Talent Development**:

- Drive the people review process for the Shipping Division.
- Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to create development plans
- Ensure a solid succession pipeline by identifying gaps and implementing development programs
- Contribute to the design and execution of training and development programs tailored to the shipping division's need.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training initiativ-es
- Coordinate the talent management community for the shipping division.
- Define and ensure the implementation of Talent Management SWP topics.

**II/Performance Management**:

- Deploy the performance management process to ensure employees meet their job expectations and performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

**III/Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop career paths and advancement opportunities within the shipping division.

**Profile & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management with an international experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
