**The responsibilities in this role will be the following ones**:
Enhance and implement Internal Mobility Process and Policies that aligns with company goals and employees career aspirations, ensuring transparency, fairness and care
Partner with the Academy to create and deliver training programs that enhance employees skills and prepare them for future roles
Provide support to the HRBPs and Managers to facilitate career development discussions and provide guidance to employees on potential career growth options
Monitor progress on programs and establish key metrics to keep improving and adjusting policies and programs where necessary
Leads and manages special projects within the Global Leadership and Talent Development arena
Supports the development of strategic communication and marketing campaigns to generate internal and external awareness and utilization of the programs, improving employer branding
Monitors learning governance practices to ensure budget, resource allocations, content and delivery standardization
Keeps up-to-date on state-of-the-art Leadership Development practices by benchmarking, getting inspiration from outside the organization and understanding new trends.
**Profile & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management ideally within an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
