**1. Business Unit description**

AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €185 billion of assets under management comprising c.€110 billion of primarily private real estate equity and debt, c.€56 billion in alternative credit and private debt, as well as c.€20 billion in Infrastructure and Private Equity.

We take a 360° approach to real estate & infrastructure investing with assets under management in direct opportunities, held indirectly through debt and listed equities and via long term private equity investments into operating platforms. **2. Your primary responsibilities will be as follows**:
Support the process in structuring AXA IM Alts’ answers to clients and prospects, via questionnaires, Requests for Proposals (‘RFPs’) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high-quality content on AXA IM Alts’ real estate area of expertise overall.

More specifically:

- Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer RFPs, DD or to prepare client pitches (defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
- Work in close co-operation with capital raisers and investment teams to prepare and deliver top notch content for RFPs, DD and clients pitches
- Structure RFPs and DD with a marketing approach to promote Alts’ competitive advantages
- Ensure feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP or after a DD and follow-up on action plans to contribute to the improvement of our offering and process
- Maintain standard content
- Produce the funds newsletters in collaboration with investment and Client Group teams

**Education/Qualifications**
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Economics, Management

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Alternative products, real estate investments,
- Some previous relevant experience a plus, preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing role within asset management / Real Estate / Private Equity or Infrastructure (product example: AXA Logistics Europe Fund)
- Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into effective sales
- Demonstrated ability to structure marketing messages and propose content to help market real estate products / capture ideas and market trends to help better position our offering in a macro/client context.
- Operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output could be linked with maintaining a positive attitude in pressured situations
- Ability to operate within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output
- Paris based: Fluent in English (verbal and written), other languages like French, German, Italian), a Plus: Fluency in English is essential (verbal and written).
