**Position Summary**:
Join us as the Chief Product Officer, a pivotal role guiding product innovation, market success, and customer satisfaction. This position marries technical prowess, business acumen, leadership finesse, and adept communication to steer globally dispersed, cross-functional teams in shaping our product strategy.
Within our collaborative trifecta of Product, Engineering, and Design, we nurture an ecosystem of evolution. Our complex product continually evolves, not only technically but also through substantial and frequent feature additions. As CPO, you'll orchestrate multiple interconnected products, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to nurture each feature as a unique entity. Your task: ensure flawless integration, guaranteeing a seamless and unified user experience.

**What to expect**:
- Strategic Product Planning, Leadership and Execution: Develop, implement and drive product strategy by leveraging market opportunities and data-driven insights. aligning vision with business values, anticipating market trends, and crafting a forward-looking product vision.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate departments for timely, high-quality product releases, ensuring alignment and collaboration among marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering teams.
- Product Development Oversight: Lead global product initiatives from concept to launch, fostering innovation and maintaining a dynamic product roadmap.
- User Experience: Create intuitive products ensuring seamless customer journeys for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Empowering Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executives, investors, and board members, presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
- Performance Measurement and Compliance Assurance: Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success. Continuous data analysis will drive ongoing product enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry trends.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep market research, leverage insights for product positioning, differentiation, and pricing strategies.
**What you bring**:
- Proven executive leadership and deep understanding of PaaS technologies, cloud computing, and associated ecosystems, vital for steering product direction effectively.
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environment, with a focus on leading product development for developer-centric products, emphasizing efficient strategy and execution across multiple offerings.
- Demonstrated expertise in software and product development methodologies, alongside adeptness with cutting-edge technologies and developer tools, crucial for driving innovation.
- Track record of thriving in both product-led growth environments and B2B settings, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators such as market penetration, customer retention, and revenue growth.A proven track record of leading multiple high-functioning, geographically dispersed product teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse functional teams, including global communication, stakeholder negotiation, and articulation of complex concepts.
- A strategic approach that balances short-term milestones with long-term goals.

- Ability to align product strategies with core business objectives, analyze market data, conduct financial assessments, and comprehend market dynamics for data-driven decisions.
