If you want to contribute to an inspiring long-term purpose, to be part of a fast growing company on a high-value market with significant build-up opportunities, and to grow in an entrepreneurial and warm environment, join us **YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE** Your mission will be to: - Manage Global IT Projects (involving several Merieux Nutrisciences regions, or requested by the Merieux Nutrisciences Global functions) - Work with internal business stakeholders or customers to define the objectives and the scope of the projects - Coordinate the different IT departments to deliver - Communicate project status to the project stakeholders and facilitate the decisions - Coordinate global initiatives across the regions based on Demand (Example: GDPR external audit related to IT solutions) - Improve the IT Project Governance - Maintain the IT project Management framework - Provide PM tools - Facilitate PM community - Train new Project managers - Instill agile project management methodologies in the organization - IT Business Relationship (Group Finance, Group HRC, Group Lab Ops, Group Quality, Group Legal,Group M&A, Hubs): - Gather the new demands, - Coordinate IT actions to define the solutions and the compliance of those solutions, - Set up the IT teams to implement the projects, - Supervise the projects / initiatives implementation as an IT sponsor, - Ensure the maintenance responsibilities are clear, - Organize and facilitate the governance (regular steering committees) - Owner of IT budgets for Corporate functions **YOUR PROFILE** **Knowledge**: - Seniority in the role > 10 years + Experience working for a global company - 5 years of experience in an Agile organization - Possible travel to plan (10%) **Required skills**: - Hard Skills _ - Advanced Project management skills (Waterfall and Agile) in complex organization - Soft Skills - Strong leadership and assertiveness in order to lead people involved through change - Pragmatic to adapt solutions to the regional needs, demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure adequacy of operational risk mitigation efforts - Strong communication and documentation skills: Facilitate effective, comprehensive, and consistent communications for various audiences, including steering committees and other executive levels - Ability to work transparently in a flexible, shifting environment - Focus on delivery Ready for the journey?
