The team MEE6 has a small global team (less than 35) of extremely passionate people thriving to create together the best tool and experience for millions of community creators and members on Discord and beyond. The role The product team Up until now, the product was managed by the 2 co-founders Brendan & Anis (both engineers) and they already did a pretty decent job on the product side to say the least (along with the rest of the team). Now with solid foundations in place, we're building a very strong (but small, as we believe in the ownership and agility of small and very smart teams) product team in order to fully leverage the MEE6 potential by strengthening and growing the core product (MEE6 Bot with 20 plugins) and also expanding with new initiatives (e.g. web3 such as NFT, memberships) in order to best fulfill the needs of our millions of users and various personas. **The Memberships Product** Memberships is a new MEE6 product with extremely high potential as we can leverage our entire large user base of 18M servers to seed this product. MEE6 membership is a tool allowing Discord community owners to offer plans to their communities to support them. Imagine a sort of Patreon, but within the Discord-MEE6 space for now. We recently started this product with a simple v1 which confirmed our users need for such solution. Now, our plan is to expand this product beyond Discord in order to allow our users to easily monetize their communities cross-platforms. **You** You will own the Memberships squad. This is a very challenging role where you will need to be almost the "CPO" of this high impact product. You will need various skills to succeed in this role: 0-1 product creation as much as 1-100 skills because our user base to leverage and activate is very large, high doer DNA, both strong consumer product sense (to please an ultra digital native and demanding user base) and of course Payment/SAAS or ideally memberships experience. This is a key strategic role, so you should be based in Paris or willing to relocate (relocation package offered) in order to be able to easily collaborate with the close-knit strategic team: CPO, rest of the product team, and Founders. However once in Paris you will not need to come to the office everyday, 2-3 days per week at the office will probably be the expected run rate.
