As a trusted advisor, you will tailor multinational insurance solutions for our global clients, empowering them to operate across borders with confidence and consistency. Partner with a dynamic, global team of experts, including underwriters, risk engineers, and analytics and claims professionals, to design, implement and service multinational insurance programs. This includes issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, supporting efficient money movement capabilities and deploying large, fronted limits. About the role

What you need to know:

- Support the positive and profitable growth of multinational programs through the development and management of broker and client relationships & strategies in collaboration with relevant Product (All Lines) & Client & Broker Engagement colleagues.
- Lead the articulation of AIG’s value proposition to clients and brokers so that all parties understand and commit to roles, responsibilities and expected timelines.
- Lead pre & post bind activities (including meetings) across relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to: Clients, Brokers, Underwriters, Client & Broker Engagement, Multinational colleagues, Network Partners, Shared Services) in alignment with AIG Multinational's Process using agreed multinational knowledge, workflow, network communication & program administration tools.
- Provide and support the team to provide highly effective Multinational services to ensure service delivery of the team meets standards in terms of quality, customer service, compliance, and timeliness.
- Proactively manage all stakeholders to design programs prior to inception and agree, implement, deliver and monitor the scope of service agreement on all allocated accounts and related service solutions that meet or exceed agreed client service expectations/ SLAs.
- Identify, unlock & leverage “in-region” capabilities, best practices & initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

- Multi years insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company) with several years managerial experience in multinational organizations
- Strong technical knowledge of multinational programs with an intimate knowledge of territorial issues and multinational account service systems and processes, captive Reinsurance experience beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market practices
- Process oriented / Strong administration skills
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills in French and English
- Ability to effect change thought leadership & change management within a complex environment and improve efficiencies with ‘out of the box’ thinking
- Track record in handling multiple priorities, organizing work and meeting tight deadlines/ SLAs
- Proven experience to not only identify operational improvements but also capability to carry out those improvements
- Client focused with significant experience of dealing with senior client personnel / risk managers and client board level representatives as well as senior colleagues, including Executive Management
