Full time - Paris_ **Kiln is now part of the prestigious French Government program**#FT120** from**La French Tech****: **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement software features in our Golang services (data aggregators, APIs, Blockchain Transaction crafting,...). - Take part in automation, testing, and CI/CD processes. - Participate in code review, bug fixing, code maintenance. - Ensure that our services communicate with each other seamlessly, have mínimal downtime, and recover quickly. - Make sure we respect any software security norms (Kiln is a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 company). - Actively suggest continuous improvement of Kiln's platform and engineering practices. - Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges. - Stack:_ _ - _Software: _**_Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST API _** - _ Smart-contract: Solidity, Foundry_ - _ Infrastructure: GCP, AWS, Kubernetes_ - _ 100+ Go services processing data for 15+ blockchains_ - _ 200Gb of raw data processed every day_ - _ 2Tb of staking data available through our Kiln Connect API_ **Requirements**: - ** +1 year of experience as Software Engineer (Backend)**, designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, and/or API-based products. - ** First Golang programming experience** — ideally a professional experience in a production environment **or proven personal experience** (eg. Github project, hackathon...)** - Familiar with container/orchestrator technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and Continuous Integration. - Curiosity and the ability to dig into a topic and follow through. - Be pragmatic to not over-engineer unnecessarily. - Own what is coded and shipped to production. - **Fluent in both French**and English. **About Kiln**: Kiln is the leading **enterprise-grade rewards platform** that enables institutional customers to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality into their offerings.
