**Business Planner Assistant Service Motion M/F/d**:

In this position, you will actively participate in the planning of customer service interventions.

**This position reports to**:
Field Service Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Handling of customer requests.
- Planning of interventions.
- Sending the conditions of intervention.
- Sending and returning material, if necessary.
- Planning of meetings, writing of minutes.

**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of higher education in business management or in a similar field.
- Experience in a similar position would be a plus.
- Mastery of Pack Office mandatory, knowledge of Salesforce and/or FSL-planning would be a plus.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Autonomy, adaptability, interpersonal skills, listening skills, professionalism.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
