**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a junior marketing operations manager to join our team for 6 months internship. If you are curious, innovative and passionate about multichannel marketing in the healthcare industry and love to work in an international environment, welcome onboard

This is a global role, interactions with internal and external stakeholders are expected on a daily basis. The position is based in France.

You’ll become a member of the BDH Marketing Team. We love original and structured approaches, interesting ideas and we always encourage you to share your vision. You will support us on multiple global projects:
**Marketing Operations**
- Assist the marketing managers on the development of global marketing campaigns, multi-channel strategies & tactics
- Manage external marketing and creative agencies to ensure project execution & delivery
- Support the organisation of external events & tradeshows
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to roll out global marketing campaigns
- Support markets for the execution of local marketing initiatives

**Media & Social Media Management**
- Support the development of media and social media strategy for BDH solutions
- Collaborate with external agencies and construct social media editorial plans
- Report on campaign performance and drive campaign optimization

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Master Student specializing on Marketing / Communications with Bac+4/5
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, organized, willing to work on a fast-pace and changing environment, a good team player and fun to work with
- Strong project management skills
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and willing to be part of the digital revolution
- Goal-oriented, motivated and fast learner
- Past experience (internship and/or school project) in marketing and communication, comfortable working with agencies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Preferred profile**
- Good knowledge of digital media ecosystem including social media, SEO, SEA, display
- Strong analytical skills
- Double-background in science and business
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite would be a plus
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare of pharma industry is a plus
- Being able to speak French and or any other language would be a plus
