Key accountabilities- Act as a liaison between the company Head Office and Ferrovial Construction Francia.- Encourage and promote the most appropriate Employer Branding policies according to the Human Capital Strategy (attending events, universities, etc.) to attract the best talent.- Manage the recruitment of new employees in accordance with the needs of the company.- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of Human Capital.- Identification and monitoring of internal talent. Lead the development of employees, assessing gaps and establishing adequate training and learning programs.- Lead talent review and feedback process for all employees.- Manage the required human capital reporting as per company requirements.- Manage Workday system for human capital management. Be aware of changes in legislation and adapt the company processes to meet compliance at all the time.- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rate.
Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with a strong recruiting and employee relations background.- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written- Manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company- Good knowledge of the construction industry in France- Must be fluent in both French and English- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
