**Job Description**:
In the Project Management team, you will serve as an active liaison between all functional teams (Marketing, Product, Support, Top Management, Finance, Compliance, etc.) by coordinating strategic business projects (expansion, growth, go to market, etc.). You will give all teams precise visibility to make the right decisions.

You and your team will be involved in improving the processes that will contribute to the success of MANGOPAY. The position requires a solid knowledge of project management tools and practices.

As a senior project manager, your assignments will include the following:
**Project delivery**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate various teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional steering committee meetings.
- Ensure proper understanding of projects and issues.
- Organize information and documentation.
- Control performance of project
- Close project when objectives are met and deliverables completed

**Analysis, monitoring and budget**
- Provide analysis and reports to track progress and help teams make the best decisions.
- Monitor releases and ensure operational follow-up.
- Monitor projects in terms of quality, cost, time and on the basis of identified KPIs.
- Identify projects at risk and alert stakeholders and management accordingly.

**Animation and facilitation**
- Coach teams on best project management practices.

Occasional trips to Luxembourg and other Mangopay offices.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years’ experience in large scale implementations and country launches preferably in the payment industry.
- More than 5 years’ experience in project management and agile methodologies.
- Experience of high-load projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile, standard project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PPM), project management tools (Microsoft Project, Wrike, Asana ) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion..).
- Proven capacity to synthesize, analyse, organize and communicate effectively.
- Strong technical expertise and solid business background.
- Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, is a must.
