**Volvo Group Digital & IT**
Volvo Group D&IT governs the overall Process and IT efficiency within the Group. The function drives the usage of common processes, common IT systems and IT infrastructures.

**Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS)**
Infrastructure & Onsite Services is in charge of all Volvo Group D&IT infrastructure services. As the majority of these services are delivered by a partner, the mission is focused at governing and controlling this partner, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo.

**Application Services**
Application Governance & Service Integration is part of the Application Services department within IOS.
The team is divided into three functions/teams:

- Application Operations & SAP Services
- My IT Delivery Application Leads
- Service Integration
Who are you?

**We are now looking for a Service Lead within the Application Operations and SAP Services team, focusing on SAP services**
In this role you will be reporting to the Service Area Manager of Application Operations & SAP Services within Volvo Group D&IT/ Infrastructure & Onsite Services/Application Services. Within Volvo Group, we operate roughly 35 different productive SAP on-premises systems and on SAP Azure cloud
You will operate in a global context, having a number of interfaces with Volvo stakeholders, to the infrastructure partners and to other strategic and tactical partners. The team also plans and chairs the operational, tactical and strategic meetings with our Infrastructure supplier and Volvo Group D&IT Functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Application Operation & SAP services**
- Responsible for the SAP delivery within Application Operations and SAP basis services
- Ensure that all services are delivered according to contracted supplier (s) obligations for cost, volumes and quality, including monitoring of the actual services levels, control that they are in line with targeted service levels and manage corrective actions with the supplier
- Participate in selected runtime process interactions with the supplier: releases and deployments oversight, handling escalations regarding owned services and handling escalations regarding owned services
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the services and of the operational process interactions between Volvo and partner companies
- Participate and/or lead initiatives and projects in areas of responsibility
- Act as SPOC for IOS for Application Infrastructure:

- Propose improved Application Infrastructure and delivery setup for the unit/s
- Accountable for that the operational layer is functioning according to scope
- Own the tactical and strategic layers/meetings between the Volvo Group Digitial&IT Units, IOS and supplier
- Accountable for the interaction model between Volvo and supplier stakeholders
- Accountable for that the operational layer is functioning according to scope and drive improvements
- Manage escalations within the area of responsibility

**Service roadmaps, development, architecture and innovation**
- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP services, for example; roadmap/development/architecture/security/budget/enhancement/innovation/policies and directives and strategic directions based on business requirements and priority from other D&IT functions and Foundational Product functions
- Manage the content of the infrastructure and end-user services catalogue, projects, and deliveries, in order to optimize the partner deliveries and the cost of the services for Volvo as well as continual improvement of the usability and ease of selection, of ordering and of implementation of the services
- Contribute to Foundational Product (within Technology) functions strategy and plans within DevSecOps and SAP COE

**Outsourcing partnership management: financial, contractual and commercial management**
- Forecast, define and follow-up service delivery budgets and runtime cost budgets for whole outsourcing scope of own area and drive volume and cost optimization
- Secure input to contractual negotiations to modify, clarify or optimize the services provided by the main supplier and potentially with sub-suppliers or other direct Volvo suppliers of infrastructure services, software or hardware.
- Formal validation of supplier invoices and in case of discrepancies ensure corrections
- Manage suppliers relationships related to services development and deliveries both with main outsourcing partner and other partners
