Mission description

LCH SA - EquityClear and CommodityClear IT department is looking for an experienced IT Application Support with strong experience in IT environments, tools and technologies, and good cross-functional understanding of financial topics to lead & drive some of its strategic growth initiatives.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- _ Monitoring :_
- In charge of the morning checks done on all critical production processes ( Morning/Evening check).
- Monitoring Cut off of critical report for members.
- Tooling and follow-up for KPI monitoring.
- Post release follow-up ( Production Sanity check ).
- _ Client service :_
- Communication with external clients.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Competence to build a relationship of trust with clients.
- Define prioritization with client according the different requests.
- Internal follow-up for execution client request.
- IT Expertise and 2nd level analysis in support of IT Service Support operators
- Project implementation coordination between IT Service Support, IT suppliers and internal/external clients
- Customer CHANGE Request
- Conformity, Validation: Order Forms
- Creation/assignation of changes (with or without preapproval) to stakeholders
- Feed/Maintain related CI within Databases
- Supervision/Validation of the Technical implementation
- Customer Technical Implementation Supervision
- Technical Implementation of accounts (creation/modification/deletion/database management) concerning end users access means (members & internal users)
- Preparation and sending of billing elements
- _ Incidents:_
- Incident follow-up.
- Coordination between providers/business lines/Operations/Risk, chasing stakeholders.
- Writing Post-Mortem.
- Follow-up action plan.
- PROD Service Review and relation with service management.
- the ability to propose workarounds.
- Level_ 2 support_
- For maintenance activity, prioritization with business representative and follow-up maintenance backlog.
- Implementation of tactical scripts and solutions to address urgent issues.
- Assess the impacts of the projects on the production.
- Batchs Documentation.
- Operational procedures for recurrent issues (during day and night) / urgent bypass procedures
- Level 3 contacts for escalation.
- proactively suggest improvements and automation of the most sensitive and time-consuming tasks (OPS and IT) related to Production.
- Building and following KPI about support activity.
- Overnight IT support on call (duty) can be requested on weekdays
- Working on week-ends/public holidays can be requested
- Working on weekly shifts from Monday to Friday between 7h00 and 20h00
- Morning shift 07h
- 16h
- Normal shift 09h-18h
- Evening shift 11h-20h.
- _ Communication :_
- Communicate any incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Reporting on a regular basis.

Minimal education level

Bac +5

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance).

Level of experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience in relevant roles.
- Understanding life of clearing system.
