Position Duties

We are looking for a highly driven, structured and solutions-oriented Producer who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Your mission : Act as the conductor of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a new category of children's media - at high quality, on time, and true to our vision.
This role sits at the intersection of content development, narrative design, cognitive science, audio production, and Artificial Intelligence.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end production of our audio game experiences : From game pre-conception to release - ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery across teams.
- Design and run the production pipelines : Create workflows, schedules, documentation and decision structures that keep everyone clear on their priorities and moving in sync.
- Act as a conductor : Coordinate the different creative and development teams (narrative designers, writers, cognitive science experts, AI engineers), identify roadblocks before they happen - you help everyone do their best work.
- Drive user testing with children : Plan and run playtests, analyze behaviors and feedback, identify bugs and potential improvements, and follow them to completion.

Exceptionally organized, structured, and accountable - Thanks to your strong project management skills, you are able to anticipate and plan ahead, handling multiple streams of work without dropping any balls on the way

A natural leader - You have proved your ability to get the best out of multidisciplinary teams ensuring strong alignment around a common objective

A strong communicator - You have excellent oral and written communication skills (in French and English), you are able to work closely with a variety of stakeholders

Hands-on and pragmatic - You do not shy away from getting hands dirty, you have a solutions-oriented mindset and find creative way to solve issues

User-obsessed - You care deeply about understanding children and designing for their joy, curiosity, and engagement

Passionate about education and childhood - You want to help shape what meaningful, joyful learning can look like

A previous experience in project management, game production or startup operations is a strong plus
