**MAIN MISSIONS**

Reporting to the Supply Chain capability Director, the Master Data Manager plays a major role in the management and transformation of the Group's data. He/she guarantees data integrity and ensures that the Group's needs are met throughout the value chain.

As such, he/she will:

- Lead a team of 5 people in charge of data management (finished products, suppliers and other coded items).
- Central point and interface to 70 to 90 local relays (BUs and plants), 1,000 contributors and data owners.
- Ensure continuous improvement: data cleansing, cross-checking, hierarchies, and linking the database to systems.
- Guarantee data integrity and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Business Process Owner role for master data management: evolution of management tools and workflows (internal and external), definition of standards and procedures, recommendation on local masterdata organization and development of skills

**PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS**
- You have at least 5 years' experience and you are proactive and autonomous.
- You have at least a first experience in management and a strong sense of teamwork.
- You have analytical and technical skills
- Understanding of business needs and problem-solving skills
- You have influence and communication skills
- English and French are a prerequisite
