**SYKLEA**, entreprise française pionnière dans la capture et la valorisation du CO₂ via sa technologie brevetée **Alium** (No Water Technology), recrute un(e) Marketing & Sales Manager(e) pour piloter et formaliser la commercialisation de SYKLEA.

**Missions principales**
- Marketing & Communication_
- Gérer et animer les pages en ligne de SYKLEA (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Développer la présence et la communauté en ligne autour de nos solutions.
- Créer et diffuser des newsletters.
- Participer aux salons et événements avec la direction pour représenter l’entreprise.
- Proposer de manière autonome des idées et initiatives pour renforcer la notoriété et la

communication de SYKLEA.
- Support Commercial_
- Aider à l’ajustement et à la préparation des devis.
- Assister la direction lors de rendez-vous clients et dans le suivi des ventes.
- Contribuer à l’organisation et au suivi relationnel (meetings, relances, reporting).

**Profil recherché**
- Bac en marketing, communication, commerce ou équivalent.
- Première expérience réussie en gestion de réseaux sociaux, marketing digital ou

communication.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et force de proposition.
- Aisance relationnelle et goût pour le contact client.
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
- Sens de l’organisation et polyvalence pour naviguer entre marketing et support commercial.

**Conditions du poste**
- CDI - Temps plein.
- Rémunération : selon profil + primes de performance + BSPCE possibles.
