Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located. **THE ROLE**: Reporting hierarchically to the Business Control Senior Manager Salaries General & Administrative Group, you will be positioned within the Finance Department and work closely with the FP&A managers and SG&A Controlling of the Logistics, Terminals, CC Aircargo, TMS and Media BUs ("Other Activities"). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Develop and integrate Financial Planning & Analysis SG&A Other Activities Innovate and simplify the SG&A forecasting, analysis and reporting process, enabling consolidated and standardized reporting within the deadlines set by Group Controlling Coordinate Group support for the deployment of tools for the production of monthly recurring cost by function reports in BUs Other Activities: understand needs, solicit support from Group stakeholders, lead project follow-up 2. Ensure Control Tower SG&A Other Activities Group In collaboration with the BUs, clarify the baseline and support the definition of annual SG&A Other Activities optimization objectives Lead the production of the SG&A Other Activities optimization project roadmap, monitoring each project throughout the year in collaboration with the BUs' SG&A controlling team, to ensure that the objective is achieved Ensure the production of the SG&A Reporting dashboard for Other Activities, on time and with the expected quality, to enable Group scorecard consolidation Produce quarterly analyses of progress on SG&A Other Activities optimization projects for the COMEX (target tracking, post-mortem analyses and projections) 3. Simplify and automate Work on the simplification of FP&A processes and the digitization of reporting for SG&A Other Activities, ensuring the alignment and integration of Other Activities BUs into Group SG&A reporting Support the development of a cost center system to support the Control Tower **PROFILE AND COMPETENCES**: 6-7 years experience in Controlling especially in FP&A of SG&A structural costs Experience of cost optimization programs - Master's degree in Finance [Controlling / Accounting major] **Computer skills**: Excel, PPT, QlikView, Qliksense Autonomous, initiative, analytical skills Interpersonal skills, ability to engage stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English Organizational skills, rigor, ability to manage priorities Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure
