**Position Summary** **JOB PURPOSE** Establish the Workshop's manufacturing program in coordination with the support functions, in order to achieve optimum customer satisfaction in compliance with the company's rules, deadlines, directives and procedures. **JOB ACTIVITIES** - _Analysis _and monitoring of order backlog - Respond to DCS requests in consultation with Supply Managers and the Production Manager (consultations, reminders, etc.) - Production planning - Draw up the production schedule and submit it to the Production Manager - Plan OF by cell according to orders, requirements and contingencies - Smoothing out expenses - Assign staff to cells according to workload, versatility and in collaboration with the Production Manager - Ensure the processing of messages resulting from the calculation of requirements - Participate in the "missing components" meeting - Implement processes leading to action plans to improve work tools - Data update - Update parameters linked to the manufacturing program (production data: abnormal demand, batch sizes, etc.). - Continuous improvement - Take part in the LEAN transformation. - Suggest changes to improve the Workshop's efficiency (carry out specific analyses on request or on your own initiative and suggest solutions, etc.). - Update indicators. **SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE** - Level of higher education (2-3 years) in production management or field equivalent - Proficiency in ERP and/or Computer-Aided Production Management (CAPM) software - Proficiency in office automation tools - Production management method - Scheduling - Controlling production processes - Knowledge of fundamental Lean tools (problem solving, 5S, Pareto, etc.) - Basic professional English - Analytical and synthesis skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Sensitivity to teamwork - Availability and responsiveness - Autonomy/Methods
