At Echo Analytics, we work with companies from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.

**What do we do?**

We provide companies with fuel to power their products with high-quality geospatial-based datasets. We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build the most comprehensive geospatial datasets and insights available in Europe and rapidly expanding.

Echo partners with companies from multiple industries such as retail, mobility, smart-cities, real-estate, advertising, market-research, financial services.

**The opportunity**

As an Operations Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and focus of different teams in our organization.

You will report directly to our Head of Operation and contribute to building our Operations Excellence department.

Your role would be focused on collaborating with partner departments to identify inefficiencies, align projects with company priorities, and implement solutions that enhance operations and empower our team to excel.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:
1/ Strategy & Innovation
- Collaborate closely with partner departments to identify their needs and challenges
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives and contribute to the operations excellence roadmap
- Regularly conduct market research and explorations to identify cutting-edge strategies, processes, and tools to optimize our operations

2/ Process & Tools Administration
- Manage our process to ensure seamless operations, and increase efficiency and team productivity
- Manage our tech stack (evaluating new tools or improving existing ones), including our CRM (HubSpot) to accelerate and support the processes designed and by ensuring data quality and integration across all platforms
- Become the expert for HubSpot, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, and so on guiding best practices and ensuring the use of tools is done at their full potential
- Assist teams with any questions related to processes and tools

3/ Performance & Monitoring
- Identifying the relevant KPIs for the team, creating reports, and making sure the data are easily accessible by the team
- Analyse data and performance to offer recommendations and insights to support managerial decision-making processes
- Collaborate with finance to develop and maintain forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Cultivate a data-driven mindset within the team

4/ Enablement and Training
- Empower team members to make the most of their tools by providing the right coaching, training, and support
- Extensively document processes in the knowledge management center to ensure accessible, up-to-date, and actionable resources for managers

**Who are we looking for?**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or other relevant fields
- You are fluent in English. Additional European language is a plus
- You are able to think strategically and develop plans that align with overall company goals and objectives
- You can analyze and interpret data to identify trends, understand performance, and inform overall strategy
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- You can communicate effectively with different team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners
- You are a problem-solver, you can navigate complexity and are able to simplify it to convey the results to the team
- You are empathetic, are able to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed
- You are fundamentally curious, you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and are up to continuously learning new skills and techniques
- You are proficient with technology systems (e.g., CRM - HubSpot, automation, analytics tools)
- Experience with Make and Zapier or any other no-code tool is a plus
