Licorne Society a été missionné par un acteur du Made In France en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Operations Manager

**Missions**:

- Structurer et développer une équipe de 3 collaborateurs pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Coordonner les flux physiques et d'information, en supervisant les stocks, en optimisant les flux de transport et en veillant à la qualité des livraisons.
- Animer et former notre réseau logistique en France et à l'international en garantissant le suivi de leurs performances.
- Piloter l'ouverture de nouveaux marchés afin d’accompagner l'expansion internationale de l'entreprise.
- Assurer un reporting régulier des activités, superviser le suivi des créances, et améliorer les performances globales des opérations.
- Redéfinir l'expérience client comme un pilier stratégique de l’entreprise en pilotant les SAV et en collaborant avec l'équipe Qualité et R&D pour trouver des solutions innovantes afin de renforcer la satisfaction client.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’automatisation pour simplifier et rendre nos processus opérationnels plus efficaces.
- Challenger et réduire les coûts logistiques en respectant l’équilibre coût - qualité - délai.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience : 5-8 ans dans le domaine de la logistique / conseil
- Vous êtes passionné par les problématiques ops et vous aimez les défis
- Vous êtes une personnalité leader, capable de créer une relation de confiance avec l’ensemble de nos partenaires
- Vous êtes le/la boss du « problem solving » et vous faîtes preuve de pragmatisme
- Vous avez une forte capacité à analyser, optimiser et automatiser les processus
- Vous aimez manager et faire grandir les membres de votre équipe

**Process de recrutement**:

- Un premier échange de 30 min avec le Head of Operations
- Un échange d'1h30 avec le Head of Operations et le CEO (1h business case, 30 min interview)
- Une rencontre autour d'un café pendant 30 min avec les deux personnes de l'équipe Ops

**Avantages**:
