As Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators. **This role will be onsite with our customer 5 days a week, no remote work available.**
**What you'll be doing**
- Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's site
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Perform maintenance and fixing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
**What you'll we need to be successful**
- Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Proven IT skills in Windows, networking and SQL database
- Broadcast knowledge
- Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Self-starter who is excited about technology
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
