- We are looking for an _experienced Plant_ HR Manager based in Amfreville - St Genevieve, France._

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our plant.
- Your missions :_

HR management:
The role is critical in executing all people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

A great focus on blue collars recruiting and management is required on the site, either directly and with the support of external agency.

The resource is responsible also for trade unions relations.

Plant payroll management:
- Time management (insertion and monitoring of presence and absence justifications)- management of ordinary personnel administration activities (management of relations with employees and social security institutions, request for medical check-ups, sending reports of accidents and occupational diseases, calculating and ordering meal vouchers, sending ISTAT questionnaires)- management of personnel records in SAP and Workday;- reporting and HR KPI's calculation (holidays, absenteeism, overtime, hours worked)- monthly monitoring of head count and labour cost;- support in the annual HR budget’ preparation
- Your profile :_

We’re are looking for a Plant HR Manager with the following skills and motivations:
- Between 3 to 7 years of Labour Law and HR Plant experience, better if in Industrial Company- Resume that shows steady progression in HR for at least 2 years- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company- Experience with rapid, complex and changing business environment- Experience with labour related issues- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results- Excellent communication skills- Outstanding problem-solving skills together with the ability to negotiate at all level of the organization- English written and spoken fluent- Excellent relationship abilities- Availability to travel and move between different plants (strongly desired)- Expertise in recruiting
