Organs on Chip, or micro physiological systems (MPS), have the potential to increase the speed of discovery of new treatments and replace animal models. At Cherry we developed a new device, CubiX, that has the power of controlling the physical parameters of the cellular environment. As a Production Engineer with supply chain management, you will have a pivotal role in the organization.

**Missions & skills**:
**Production**
- Be responsible for the assembly of our two machines Cubix and Cherry Temp
- Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards (ideally ISO 14385)
- Document procedures and verify technical traceability
- Develop and adjust the production schedule
- Implement monitoring tools within a continuous improvement approach
- Manage inventory using an ERP/MRPEasy system and set up procedures for employees using the stock

**After-Sales Service (SAV)**
- Act as the main technical contact for post-delivery customer support
- Handle after-sales requests: diagnosis, remote troubleshooting, parts replacement
- Monitor recurring incidents
- Participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions with the Industrialization and R&D teams

**Purchasing, Logistics & Shipping**
- Manage supply chain flows: supplier selection, ordering, reception, inventory
- Negotiate purchasing terms in line with quality/cost/time objectives
- Prepare customer shipments
- Monitor customs operations and international shipping constraints

**Sales Administration (ADV)**
- Handle order processing: quotes, invoicing, deliveries
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (administration, sales, project, R&D, and biolab)

**Profile**
- Experience of minimum 5 years as Production Engineer (mechanic and electronic), with a Supply chain management knowledge
- Design software CAD expertise (CAO like SolidWorks)
- Desired previous experience in CE-marking and ISO 9001 (ideally 14385)
- Strong customer focus
- You are rigorous, organized, methodical with an analytical vision
- You are a team player, committed, autonomous and with a hands-on attitude
- You know how to adapt, deal with the unexpected and find solutions to any problems you encounter

You wish to evolve in a fast-growing environment
- English fluent speaker and good writing skills are mandatory
