**The opportunity**

We are seeking a Sustainability Portfolio Manager to join our Global Marketing & Sales Team in the Service Business
Unit. In this role, you will lead the integration of sustainability principles across our service portfolio, aligning business
strategy with environmental goals. Reporting to the Global Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving
innovation in circularity, emissions reduction, and sustainable service development across the electricity transmission
and distribution industry

**How you'll make an impact**
- Develop and manage the sustainability roadmap for service offerings
- Shape pricing strategies that reflect carbon costs and value-based models
- Guide Product Management and Sales on sustainability topics and tenders
- Engage with customers to translate sustainability needs into portfolio strategies
- Promote circular economy principles (5Rs) across the service lifecycle
- Collaborate to extend asset life and reduce waste through service innovation
- Support ESG data collection and compliance with EU Taxonomy and CSRD
- Lead training and ensure consistent sustainability messaging externally

**Your background**
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, or related
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability or portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, LCA tools, and reporting standards
- Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial services preferred
- Familiar with digital sustainability tools and carbon accounting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Skilled in working across global, multidisciplinary teams
- Strategic, collaborative, and passionate about sustainable transformation
