CONTRACT MANAGER

SUMMARY:
This position is a key position to participate to the development of offshore wind farms projects in Europe

Speaking German and English fluently is mandatory for this role.

In addition, French would be a plus

You will be part of a team developing large wind projects offshore

YOUR SCOPE:
The Contract Engineer is a critical role, working with Multinational partners, Client and contractors ensuring that the project position is suitably protected in any agreements.

The Contact Engineer is working closely with the supply chain, and company legal head office services and maintain high level relationships with the major suppliers and contractors.

You are in charge of negotiations, claims, subcontracts definition with all major suppliers and service providers on the projet

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to lead and function within a combined client and several subcontractors and partners
- Develop adequately balanced risk profiles through contract strategy and ongoing contract management
- Strong contract and negotiation skills with clients, partners as well as subcontractors
- Anticipate contractual and commercial risks, opportunities and threats
- The role-holder will have extensive knowledge of contract regulation in Taiwan, an experience in Taiwan is mandatory
- As a plus, you have worked on large projects offshore
- You are fluent in German and English

Your background can be engineering or legal

You are authorized to work in Europe as European citizen or holder of a visa
