**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages and coordinates the team of Technological Experts within the Group, including remote management across the Group's scope, resource allocation, team animation, and skills development.
- Responsible for the portfolio of upstream projects (POC) related to Technological Performance within the Group, in collaboration with the R&D (Inno Techno).
- Acts as the Guardian of Processes, Products, Packaging, and Conditioning for the Group, ensuring compliance with TGMP and CGMP across various plants while providing strong technological support for the Group.
- Responsible for the Skill and Expertise Development of the Group's Technologists.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Production and R&D
- Business orientation
- Leadership and management (developing engagement and talents)
- Change management
- Strong interpersonal skills (internal/external networks and teamwork)
- Ability to manage people remotely over a broad scope (hierarchical and transversal)
- Ability to develop and grow the team (transversality, customer orientation)
- Cross-cultural and cross-functional/transversal management
- Communication
- Strong technological legitimacy (Process-Product and Packaging)
- Management of Seniors
- Fluent English
