**✎**The Mission**:
Data is at the heart of our business model.

Within our data office in the squad dedicated to data projects, the **Business Analyst** is modeling, designing, writing specification and UAT books, testing and documenting on dedicated product.

To start your mission as a **Business Analyst - Data Reinsurance/Finance**, you will work on our new home-made product for Reinsurance calculation or Reinsurance renewal pack industrialization, or new data flow for accounting. Your activity will continue with other data products ans project, all dedicated to Reinsurance and/or Finance. You'll be working daily, with several business teams : Reinsurance, Finance, IT and of course with your amazing Data team.

The business Analyst need to understand and transcript business usages in user story, analyze data, data model to identify gap analysis with business usages and work with tech team to design solution.

Data products/projects are implemented on our new Data platform (Azure Datalake, Azure DevOps, Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, Databricks, Power Bi )

**Design**
- Identify and understand business usages
- Writing users stories for developper
- Analyse and feedbacks on business documentation
- Schedule and animate workshops with business and IT/Data team
- Writing workshop minutes
- Analyse existing tools, retro-engineering and retro-documentation of existing tools (power BI, SQL queries, Excel calculations)
- Modeling and design data solution : Reinsurance data model, data flow, data stockage, historization, calculations, monitoring reporting

**Implementation follow-up**
- Priorize user stories for developpers
- Explain and answers question of users stories to developpers
- Validate technical specifications
- Check unit tests

***UAT**
- Define UAT strategy
- Writing UAT Book
- Do UAT tests
- Schedule and animate UAT workshop with business
- Manage an follow UAT returns

**✯** Profile requirements**:

- Profile with an Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience, in the Insurance sector ideally within Reinsurance and/or financial experience
- Good knowledge in Reinsurance and/or financial notions and data challenges
- Masters data modelisation, flows, BI projetcs
- Solid experience in UAT and SQL
- Clear and structured documentation Writing

- Proactivity, autonomy, eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills, ability to popularize and explain
- Ability to evolve in a constant changing organization
