Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.

We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM,, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer Which can have large positive impact for humanity. Our HR Apprenticeship offers you a great opportunity to start your career in human resources. You will support the HR team throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

**Your missions will include**:

- ** Onboarding - **Support the team regarding onboarding meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of the onboarding program
- ** HR management -** Help on human resources policies and procedures
- **People Operations** - Maintenance and management of personnel files and help with contracts
- ** People Growth & Performance**:

- Contribute to the performance review cycles and contribute to employee training programs

**Requirements**:

- Attending a school where an Apprenticeship is possible and where it is possible to work 3 days per week at Alice & Bob for up to a year
- Outstanding academic record
- Passion for starting a career in HR

You will join of one of the most innovative startups in France at an early stage, to be part of a passionate and friendly team on its mission to build the first universal quantum computer
