**Areas of Responsibilities**:
Come and discover the HR function, through immersion in a generalist and operational framework, alongside our HR team, and learn about cross-functional management of a wide panorama of HR themes

Supports the recruitment process and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, especially for interns/apprentices.

Participate to all tasks to hire a new employee (contract, personal administrative folder ).

Support onboarding for newcomers to the company and manage exits.

Support the team for administrative HR tasks like:

- Ticket Restaurant
- Medical examination
- Work authorization

Participate in the launch of the professional interviews and internal HR campaigns (performance, targets) and monitor their implementation.

Supports professional development of employees.

Facilitates communications between employees and ERG Headquarter.

Create, maintains and revises the company’s handbook on policies and procedures such as:

- Welcome booklet
- Onboarding program
- Handicap

Be a privileged interlocutor of management and employees to answer their HR questions.

Internal events.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

**Studies**:
Business school or University master’s degree with Human Resources specialization.

**Work Experience**:
Internship in HR.

**Languages**:

- French fluently
- English level B2
- Italian would be an upside

**IT Skills**:
Excellent Microsoft office skills.

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Critical independent thinking and ability to solve problems
- Excellent team work, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Interest in employment-related laws and regulations
