The Key Account Manager, guarantor of the relationship and commercial negotiations with the customers for whom he is responsible, aims to develop and ensure the profitability of the NEWELL brands with his same customers.

**National customer management**
- Negotiation with the customers within its scope in order to achieve the turnover and margin objectives of its segment(s) (negotiation trajectory, customer meetings and signing of agreements, post-negotiation BR, etc.);
- Construction of assortment, promotions and merchandising plans in partnership with Category Management;
- Monitoring of current activities: deployment of business plans (compliance with timetables/stratification - pushed flows - promotion - segmentation plans etc.) / implementation of performance trackers;
- Construction of Priority Action Plans with the Sales Force, performance analysis & corrective recommendations;
- NN forecasts and NSKEP promo - budget monitoring - customer follow-up & meetings;
- Dispute & penalty management.

**Specific customers Management**
- Negotiation with the SCAs within its scope: PAF construction (assortment - promotion - merchandising, etc.);
- Deployment of business plans: construction of the Salon offer - construction of OS and AG offers - MG monitoring;
- Budget monitoring;
- Customer meetings.

**CONTEXT / ENVIRONMENT**: national environment, Retail sector on assigned product categories

**PROFILE**
- BAC+5 training, Business School type
- More than 5 years of experience in Retail sales functions - including significant initial experience in negotiation (Regional Key Account or National Key Account)
- Sense of challenge and results, search for performance, mastery of negotiation techniques & strategies, autonomy, organization & ability to manage several complex issues.
