**The Role**:
Within the Human Resources Department of the SHIPPING Division of the CMA CGM Group, you will join the Compensation and Benefits team. You will coordinate, harmonize, and implement the Compensation and Benefits policy within your scope of responsibility. You will also provide advisory support to operational teams on an international scope. Finally, you will support the Compensation and Benefits team of the Shipping Division in implementing and updating reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
**Within the Shipping division**:

- Develop and maintain automated tools/dashboards on Compensation and Benefits data for the Shipping division
- Provide support to the C&B Shipping team on all requests on benchmark analyses of compensation
- Build and communicate compensation benchmarks
- Contribute to the development of the Compensation and Benefits policy in line with Group rules, then evaluate and coordinate the actions to implemente
- Monitor C&B practices and market developments to anticipate HR impacts on our subsidiaries
- Collaborate with the HRIS team and local HR contacts to ensure the quality of data in our HR information system

**Within Business Units**:

- Ensure external competitiveness of the Compensation and Benefits structure and internal equity through analysis and monitoring tools
- Manage the renewal of health insurance and welfare contracts in your geographical scope of responsibility
- Contribute to build budget and monitor the Group's salary review process
- Advise various stakeholders in France and internationally on Compensation and Benefits decision-making
- Ensure alignment of local practices with Group strategy, identify associated risks, and provide solutions

**Profile and competencies**:

- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a large international group or specialized firm
- Prroficiency in finance and a strong understanding of HR practices
- Reporting tool skills (Qliksense, etc.)
- Demonstrates rigor, methodical approach, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, ability to build consensus, and work effectively in team
- Comfort with handling numerical data, excellent proficiency in computer tools
- Fluent in both French and English
- Ideally, a Master's degree specialized in Human Resources or Finance
