VOLUNTAE, cabinet de recrutement expert des métiers comptable et financier en cabinet ou en entreprise, recrute pour un opérateur immobilier indépendant d’une trentaine de salariés présent dans les métiers de l’investissement, de l’asset management et du property management.

Nous recherchons pour notre client un(e) Portfolio Manager/Contrôleur de gestion H/F dans le cadre d’une création de poste.

Les missions de ce poste:
Rattaché(e) directement au DAF, vous serez l’interface entre la Direction financière et l’Asset management. Vous assurez le suivi de la stratégie immobilière définie au sein du patrimoine et vous réalisez l’ensemble du reporting d’activité et financier lié à la gestion du portefeuille d’actifs de la Société. Vous faites le lien entre les métiers du property, des analystes et de l’asset management.

Vos missions consisteront à:

- Répondre aux besoins de reporting et d'analyse des performances des investissements immobiliers de la société foncière : mise en place du processus budgétaire, suivi mensuel des dettes bancaires (LTV/ICR), suivi hebdomadaire de la trésorerie, suivi du cash flow avec les analystes
- Participer à la réalisation de Business Plans sur la base des hypothèses élaborées avec les asset managers et suivre les actions mises en œuvre
- Appuyer les asset managers dans leurs modélisations financières.
- Etre l’interface entre les assets managers et la direction financière

Salaire : 55 - 60 k€ annuel sur 13 mois selon profil et expérience + intéressement

Votre profil:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+5 (école de commerce avec spécialisation immobilière, Master Immobilier) et vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum en cabinet d’audit secteur immobilier ou au sein d’une foncière ou d’un fonds d’investissement. Vous avez une très forte appétence pour le secteur immobilier. Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d’Excel. Vous aimez le travail en équipe, vous êtes curieux(se) et enthousiaste. La rigueur et l’autonomie sont des qualités indispensables dans la réussite de vos missions. Vous aimez optimiser/améliorer/mettre en place.
