Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.

As part of its development, CMA CGM Air Cargo is recruiting a HR monitoring officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Within a fast-growing cargo airline and in a dynamic environment, under the supervision of the Payroll and HR Monitoring, you will be responsible for
- Collecting and analyzing information on the company's payroll in order to produce periodic reports;
- Identify and update the payroll budgets of each department;
- Define the indicators and develop the group's social dashboards to monitor personnel activity (headcount, absenteeism, payroll, etc.);
- Control the consistency and reliability of social data;
- Respond to regulatory obligations: BDESE, mandatory annual social declarations, NAO assessment, professional equality index;
- Participation in the reliability of the payroll;
- Provide compensation studies (benchmark, regulatory watch);
- Propose HR improvement action plans;
- Calculate costs and projected gains from social negotiations;
PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Graduate in finance (management control, audit, accounting, financial analysis, statistics).
- First experience in social control in a large group is required. Experience in an airline company would be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced functions and macro) and a strong sensitivity to management tools (ERP, database,...);
- Fluent in English;
- You are autonomous, rigorous and have a strong sense of initiative. Your taste for figures, your rigor, your methodical and analytical mind, your sense of confidentiality as well as your relational qualities are essential assets to succeed in this position.
