Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters. CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state-of-the-art cargo aircraft. As part of its development, the airline company CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for its future intern to join the HR department and participate in the daily activities of a cohesive and dynamic team We offer a generalist internship that will allow you to discover all aspects of the Human Resources field. **MISSIONS**: **1. Personnel Administration and Payroll**: You will be involved in the creation of various HR administrative documents and declarations (such as hiring statements, drafting employment contracts, certificates, health insurance and welfare registrations, as well as organizing and monitoring medical check-ups, etc.). You will contribute to the onboarding process for new employees. Collaborating with the payroll department, you will participate in the payroll process by assisting in calculations and inputting variable elements. **2.Recruitment and HR Development**: As part of your generalist role, you will participate in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards. You will organize different selection phases. You will contribute to various HR development projects such as redesigning the onboarding process for new hires, enhancing the employer brand, and optimizing HR processes. This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on your preferences and the department's needs. **PROFILE AND SKILLS**: You are seeking a minimum 6-month internship in the field of Human Resources, as part of either a Master's degree in HR or a generalist Master's degree. You are proactive and enjoy working in a team. Proficiency in English is essential. **CONDITIONS**: Internship duration is 6 months. Start date adaptable based on your availability.
